Last year, the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth (VFHY) participated in a Grantee Perception Report (GPR) survey, a confidential evaluation administered by the Center for Effective Philanthropy (CEP). VFHY has participated in a similar GPR survey in past years and spent the past four years incorporating feedback from the 2018 survey into grant-making processes.

CEP has done a tremendous job administering this survey and benchmarking the 2022 progress against the 2018 results and against a national cohort of funders (300+ foundations, 40,000+ responses).

In 2022, grantees graded VFHY in the top ten or even top five percent of funders nationwide.

VFHY remains committed to maintaining this high level of excellence and providing the best support possible for grantees as they empower Virginia’s youth to make healthy choices.
