What matters most to your organization? How does our culture (expectations, roles, and operations) align with what we believe is most important. Whether you’re aware of it or not, all organizations are prioritizing what they believe is important. This training guide teams through values work to clarify what is most important and how to use those values to create an organization culture and environment that intentionally and effectively reflects what you value.

Workshop Instructor

Led by a value of community, Rachael Randall has committed herself to making space for well-being and transformation of all shapes and sizes. As a consultant at The Spark Mill, Rachael upholds her integrity by supporting people and organizations in collaboratively dreaming of viable futures and embracing structures and policies that maximize impact without burning out. With superpowers in facilitation and community engagement, Rachael is passionate about working with teams, collaboratives, coalitions, movements, and system builders to share ideas, tools, and possibilities.

The Spark Mill is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia and works with nonprofits, associations, corporations, government agencies, and coalitions in strategic planning and change management. Their belief is that all organizations regardless of size can have high functioning and high return teams and visionary goals.
